Slone Energy is located in the Mountains of Eastern Kentucky. We have a strong position in the Natual Gas and Oil fields that are in the area. At this time we are actively producing 4 Natural Gas wells (Big Six and Devonian Shale Formation) and we have 23 Oil Wells (only 12 are in production at this time). We operate approximately 5 miles of gas lines and one compressor.
Over the past year, Slone Energy has acquired a total of 1500+ acres in Eastern Kentucky to drill on. This equates into the potential to drill 20+ Natural Gas Wells and 15 Oil Wells. All areas have proven wells within a mile radius. Numerous outlets are nearby to allow for transportation of the gas.
Slone Energy is actively pursing property to propose Coal Mining operations upon. At this time we have close to 1000 Acres of land leased to mine on. This equates into roughly 750000 tons of mineable coal. Over the next few months we will start the permitting process and should be mining in 8 to 12 months.
