Description:
I am looking to purchase an existing engineering and construction company in the Keys. The business is for sale $500,000. They specialize in marine construction, marinas, fuel tank replacement, steel boat storage facilities, and homes. The retiring owner has housing and marina undercontacts for all of 2008. As a future owner I would enter the business with 12 years of general contarcting experience.
