We will be a small Auto Dealership specializing in Used Vehicles. We will carry Late Model, low mileage off lease vehicles still in full warranty. Projected sales for the first 12 months is a minimum of 10 a month with $2,000 profit per sale. with a total of 120 sales for a gross profit of $240,000. 2nd Year projection will be a 150% increase which will produce 180 sales and $360,000 in gross profit. 3rd year projection 240 sales for a total of $480,000. Estimated overhead per year to operate business would be $144,000 a year.
