Husband is disabled veteran. I have Assoc Degree in Equine Management. Have managed small breeding farm and boarding ranch. Looking to purchase small home on acreage ($150,000) where can have 2-4 breeding mares each year. Just want to have a place for my husband to enjoy as he is not able to do as much as he used to.
