My company golden Lighting has been in business sence 1996 and provides lighting fixtures and supplies for residential new construction and remodels. in the recent down turn of the economy we have revamped the company several times but still have a small problem with cash flow. in the good times the store grosses were 1.2m last year just under 360k
we hope to live long enough for the good times to come back around.
we are willing to trade 49% of stock and a seat on the board for 75k or 51% CONTROLING INTEREST for 95k we have little time and will do anything to save the business.
