Hybrid Entertainment LP. is bringing to the Fort Worth area a night club/ lounge experience like no other. "Hybrid" plans to combine the best of many worlds focusing on delivering an extraordinary, vibrant, unique, and happening bar experience. We will feature top of the line music (DJs & Live Acts) and entertainment in a comfortable mature setting.
The key to Hybrid's success will be it's location. Our lease is in the heart of the newly established West 7th District, which is one of the fastest growing mixed use developments in all of DFW. We will be the first night club or lounge concept in this thriving market. The West 7th District consists of multiple developers building mixed use projects in the middle of Fort Worth’s Cultural & Arts District.
Other key factors that will ensure the success of Hybrid, is our own parking lot, and a 3,000 sq. ft. flagstone patio with a 30ft. outdoor bar.
With the massive expansion of this mixed use development, parking is already scarce. We have over 200 parking spots adjacent to our building, secured for the next 10 years. Nobody even comes close to this amount of parking dedicated to their business in this area.
Our architects have designed a 3,000 sq. ft patio bar that will be second to none. It's inevitable that Ft. Worth clubs and bars will be non-smoking venues soon, so those with the forsight to have the outdoor accommodations will be the kings. We'll be one of the only venues in the area with an outdoor bar and patio.
