I am purchasing a franchise with a childcare development center to provide childcare services to my community. I currently have a contract in place for a lease on an existing building and I have 90 days to find all the funds needed to start secure the lease, franchise and to begin purchasing equipment and renovating the building. I have a very thorough business plan and am seeking investors for the funds needed for the down payment on the SBA loan in which I am seeking which is approximately 105K or investors that may be interested in the entire loan amount of 700K.
