We are a small business specializing in Gourmet Salsa Products. We are a hardworking Christian Family Business comprised of my husband and I. Calvin comes up with recipe development and I assist him with the preparation/business development. This is a very big step for our family. We will receive our food licensed this August 2008. My husband has been making different types of salsas over 20 years. We have made salsa for friends and family and every loves it. We have heard over and over from many people that we need to market my husbands secret recipes. We are taking the step of faith. We were originally going to call the salsa Calvin's Salsa, but my husband insisted that I be a part of the name too, so I came up with Calatinas (God inspired).
