Along with initial enrollment, customers receive two key tags with personalized identification numbers to affix to their key ring. All recovered lost keys that are returned via any U.S. Postal Service mailbox, nationwide, will be shipped by NKRS to the customer's address via overnight mail. Overnight shipment is provided at no additional charge for the first recovery service within a customer's 12-month calendar year cycle.
