I have come up with a niche advertising market that has not been tapped. I need capital to launch the company and infrastructure. It is in the Retail Tire and Automotive field. This area is a recession proof business. I am in need of capital to continue I can't continue at this point. This is a multi-million dollar opportunity. I have been an executive in this business for over 23 years and I know what I have is invaluable. I have received an offer from a very large company to do this for them.
