I want to start a burger business with a catering truck. I plan on selling my product at fairs,sport events and also on the road side when there are no events or fairs going on. I have ben trying my product with co-workers,friends and relatives. I have had no negitive responses from anyone yet and I believe that this will work really well as there is no one with this style burger and its not real greasy which draws people to this type of burger. I will say this that the product sells itself once people try it, I find more people coming up to me at work and friends saying that they would like to try it themselves as they heard from someone else that they were awesome tasting.
