We are a new company that aims to produce low-cost ethanol from sugar cane in Mexico and relatively stable countries in Central America and the Caribbean (CCAM Region) for sale to U.S. and global gasoline markets. We plan to do this by building sustainable ethanol production facilities in the CCAM Region in partnership with strong local private sector producers, employing experienced management and efficient production technology, capitalizing on the region’s low feedstock, labor, energy and transportation costs, and subsequently importing our ethanol into the U.S. duty-free. We intend to use tax-efficient corporate structures to minimize taxes and hope to list our new business or sell part or all of it to a major energy or agri-business company in about five to seven years.
