Incorporated since 11-15-05. Invested $300,000.00 equipment, and major building code upgrades. The permitting process delayed opening 1 and 1/2 years due to EPA coding for all bodyshops must upgrade to spray water born paint by the year 2010. We now comply and are about 1 month from opening in a strip mall next to a restaurant - go green. All of the other body shops will also have to comply by 2010 and allot will go out of business, it's expensive. Now I am running short on working capital - $15,000.00. Curently working at a shop located in Bellevue, WA which produces 1.2 million annually. Opening this new shop in Kent, WA,I expect to produce a little under 1 million in the first year.
