Hello,
My Name is Timothy Engels and I have been in the Recycling and Used Auto Parts industry for 28 years. I have had the pleasure to be part of a industry that has now started to evolve into the online sector of Selling Used Auto Parts Online. This is why it is a perfect time to get involved, as the Used auto parts industry starts to expand in that direction. Our goals and targets will be a Webstore that is attached to Ebay and other Marketing Websites. We would also be targeting all of the Social Media Sites for advertising and connection for future and repeat customers.
Fast Parts business process will be as follows: We would purchase Quality Used Auto Parts(classic to late model) with our years of connections and knowledge on the discount end of the market. All Parts will be inspected, Cleaned, photographed and inventoried. After they have gone through our rigorous process they will then be put into our online store and marketed through the various marketing websites. Our parts will be available to be purchased and shipped World Wide. (No Boundaries). Our company would have established a relationship with shipping companies such as UPS / USPS and many other freight companies to move the shipments nationally and internationally. All of our parts would also have a limited warranty and will be much cheaper than if you had to purchase a new part.
Fast Parts customer base will consist of the Everyday Person to Auto Repair Shops. Body Shops, Car Dealers, Transmission Shops and many other automotive related businesses. Our Customers that purchase parts or register with our website will also be entered into our Data base for future promotions and discounts.
Fast Parts would be involved in many different car and truck clubs as well as having a presence in many car shows.

Fast Parts futuristic plan would be grow the business, develop it with a strategy to open other facilities nationally and internationally. This would all be based on markets and trends.

Risks and challenges
Some of the risks that may occur are that some shipments may get lost or broke with the freight companies. We would have to refund the customer or ship them another part. Usually working with the freight companies can be a slow process and then they only pay a percentage of the value on the product.
