I am the host of a Real Estate Radio Talk Show here in Tucson. The premiss of the show is to discuss options that people may have if they are in distress and need to sell quickly. The show is getting a lot of attention with people calling throughout the week who are asking for help. My goal was to be more than a source of knowledge, but one of hope and assistance to those who need it. In doing this, I am able to accomplish a couple of different things at once. First, helping people in need has always been a driving force for me and secondly, I am able to find different buyers and sellers whom I can match together. Sometimes I find inventory that I am able to acquire myself, which is why I am a member here.
With this stream of inventory that has no competition, we are looking for sources of money to help us acquire these properties. Some of these will either be rehabbed and flipped, rented or seller financed to other end buyers. In order to keep the flow of properties going, I am searching for a funding source that I can build a long term relationship with and keep the money working for everyone (URL removed)ecially for the money partner.
