We are an online jewelry and diamond company that has taken a unique approach to the industry. We offer a very clean and shopper friendly website and the drive of our business is centered around customer service and customer experience. To this point, the customer response to our service has been amazing. We even receive invites to our customers weddings, thank you letters, pictures, and the like. In addition, we are planning the opening of a by-appointment-only diamond and jewelry viewing salon that will offer the ultimate customer service experience. Customers visiting our salon will sit on comfortable couches, in a clean inviting room, be served gourmet coffees, drinks, and snacks; all while having dedicated time with a trained member of our staff. The environment will be comfortable, without pushy sales pressure, and will give the customer a feeling of trust and security. A few other salons like this have opened around the country and have experienced huge success.
