I am a Californian Real Estate Agent who specializes in Medical Real Estate and other types of Real Estate Investing (Dre #02052901). Medical Real Estate consists of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facility (ARF). RCFEs provide non-medical care and supervision to persons 60 years or older who may need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). While ARFs provide 24-hour non-medical care and supervision to adults aged 18-59. Residents of these facilities are primarily developmentally disabled and are often clients of the Regional Centers or are mentally disabled and are clients of the Department of Mental Health. Currently, there are lots of nurses and doctors that want to operate a medical facility on a residential property. They can purchase the business, which is the medical facility on top of the property, but some do not have the ability to purchase the property. So, I am looking for someone who wants to invest in real estate and lease the property for the nurses to operate the medical facility. The lease term length usually is at 5 years, so you do not have to worry about finding and dealing with tenants. Whenever there are damages on the property, the facility on the property has to fix everything that needs to be fixed by themselves to fulfill the elder's needs. it is a law from the Department of Social Service.
