We need someone to help us get started finanicaly in buying up forclosers homes at low cost with our capibilities of doing the work to get these homes in shape for resale below market value. We have done our homework on what to look for in low cost homes to flip with solid profits , which enables us to pay back the loan within 6 months or less. A little about my background I have spent 17 years in a industry as a Regional Sales Representative and Management. I also have open up two locations for a large distributor company from start to finish. My wife is certified in realestate sales. She is also furthering her education in home inspections. Between the both us we work well togehter with many talents combine we are an unstopable team. Our vision is to build this business from the beginning exspanding in this market with other services in realestate. In under five years we plan on adding employees as a small business to help others even with the challenges of this ecomony and market.
