Description:
Janti Construction, Inc is a design/build/development company in Southeast NC. I obtained my private pilots license in March of 08 and purchased an airplane. I quickly realized the need for hanger space and a general aviation feeder airport to offset Wilmington International airport. Interest and letters of intent are very good, however due to current economic conditions and banks reluctance to finance anything especially what they don't understand, I am looking for private funding. Maximum needed at any one time is 1.5 mil and total investment neede is 2.5 -2.8 mil with a project sell out of 5.8-6 mil. I have the property approved for airport use, sewer and water to the site and approval from the FAA for the airport. It is 1/3 sold out without marketing and will be sold out prior to completion as aircraft owners want to protect their investments. Please contact me if interested. Tim Turner....(Phone # removed)
