Description:
Young entrepreneur looking to expand tree, lawn and landscaping business into Dallas, Texas. I currently own two businesses in Tyler, Texas. I have found a comopany in Dallas that is very profitable and the owner of the business is distressed due to tax liabilities and frivolouas spending. This business should be priced at $900,000 and can be purchased for probably half that amount due to the owner's necessity to sell. Currently we have an independent accounting firm reviewing the P&L's etc. My eperience in this field is twenty years and my management of said business is twelve. Please contact me to further discuss what I percieve to be a great opportunity for expansion.
