Our company specilaizes in helping folks in pre-foreclosure. We do short sales and negotiate discounts with the banks/mortgage companies. We then resell the properties to retail end buyers or investors. We need working capital to grow our business more quickly and efficiently. We are also looking to purchase at least 1 100+ unit apartment/multi-family complex in an emerging market in the US. We are currently researching the Dallas TX and related emerging markets. We are using the David Lindahl model of using market cycles to buy and sell multi family units in emerging markets.
