Description:
We started in January of 2003 and have been expanding our service blend for the past four years. We are looking for subordinated debt to allow us to bring our factoring product in-house. We have already secured a senior credit facility but need capital to secure reserve requirements. We are a technology based company which is focused on providing solutions for small trucking companies.
