I was part of a Sandwich Shop franchise concept for almost 15 years where I developed, expanded, finance, and grew with my two partners in the Northern California Area. After stepping away from the concept the past couple of years I have fine tuned a new concept that will offer the finest ingredients and cater to both meat eaters and vegans which is not happening in the area. Most Sandwich shops use process ingredients and not the best produce with my concept we will be cooking all meats in house and only use the freshest local ingredients. We will be active in the local communities to support the local schools and foundations and in return we will gain there business I have set up the concept with unlimited growth to where we can own many shops or turn it into a franchise. I have over 20 years in the food industry and I know my work ethic, drive and vision will be a total success if there is someone willing to take a chance on me.
