Description: I build test stands for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. My test stands are used to test compressors. This is an area where my boss for 12 years was the only company doing this unique work. He was sucsessfull for those years, and then he retired, and closed the business. I was hired 6 months later by a company to build these stands. Although the customer [Emerson Climate Technologies] has always been satisfied with the quality of test stands I build, they were not satisfied this company's business practices, and they will not be giving him any more orders. That left me without a job, but in a good position. I work well with the engineers at Emerson, and the person in charge of all test labs all over the world. I started my own business.
