We have created our first version of an online tool to be used by strength & conditioning coaches and personal trainers. The main feature is the ability to create percentage based workouts quickly and easily, replacing the time spent using excel. We have secure access for all coaches/trainers and all of their athletes/clients. We have communications built in to be delivered via text and each client has access to their workouts online. This will allow the coach/trainer to stay in contact better and easily communicate what their clients need to do. The ability to create, archive, and share workouts is a giant leap in the evolution of strength training. It saves time, helps stay organized, and adds a level of professionalism to every coach. We have plans to make this tool mobile capable. I believe that we can replace the trainers notebook with a tablet computer or even smart phone. Everything will be documented and saved, providing security for the trainer. We will be able to eliminate nearly all of the paper products used. By getting this tool developed fully and mobile capable it is our vision that each client will be able to basically take their trainer with them wherever they go. Each client will have personally created workout from their own trainer and the ability to communicate with them easily.
