Description: Hello, My name is Tim Engstrand, I work with a start up in Colorado with a focus on Energy and Real Estate. The president of the company, Dan Feilmeier, has built alternative energy facilities in Southern CA for 26 years and has moved to Northern Colorado to take advantage of the opportunities in the mid west. We are concentrating on Ethanol Plants, Micro-Hydro, Wind and Solar and have locations determined and are ready to build but need funding. We have also identified a huge real estate project just south of Denver for an alternative energy community (10 to 12 thousand homes with commercial properties, schools, fire stations, etc) who want us to partner with them to build the alternative energy aspects, we can also own part of this deal and need funding for it as well.
