Hello, I am looking for funding to put up a small building so I can process smoke meats and sausage and meat snacks. I have 20 years restaurant experience, 9 years processing deer meat and making sausage, I have taken the sausage making course at UWRF. I have studied the small business course at UWGB also have taken the haccap course which is the sanitation of the meat business. I work full time at Komatsu Forest building large logging equipment, I have been there 18 years. My wife is self employed as a day care provider.
