I already own a boutique in Arkansas. It was started off of 5k and is currently self sufficient making upward of 140k in year one, growing from 500Sqft to 2000sqft. I own that with a partner, I am moving to Peachtree city GA next month and I want to open another boutique in an area where there is the capability to do well, the area is financially sound with no competition. With the brands I have in mind and the design and branding, accompanied with an online store I know without a doubt it will be profitable. My mistake with the first store was not having enough cash flow to execute the brand to its full potential. I want to launch this business at full capacity.
