Description:
After going to New Orleans I realised what a struggle it was for those home owners and builders to find building materials, so I spoke with some contractors to see if they will be intrested in purchasing less priced but same building materials which I can aquire from liquidators at prices less than wholesale. So I am looking for anyone who can finance this and am looking forward to a cash flow of up to $300 000 the first year.
