Our location, "gogh haunt", is an art-inspired tapas bar that will specialize in small, appetizer style plates, with unique flavors and presentations.
Not only do we wish to provide a fabulous dining experience for guests(van gogh-inspired foliage outside, artist-inspired decor inside, etc), we want to create an atmosphere that completely transports patrons for the evening.
We are looking to also promote camaraderie throughout the community by providing certain events(activities, live entertainment, film nights) for our guests spent their nights off enjoying.
We are wishing to start in Augusta, Georgia(fastest growing, second largest city in Georgia), which is famous for being the home of the Master's Golf Tournament(one of the most prestigious golf tournaments in the world). That alone gives us the clientele to provide impressive numbers.
This is an extremely resturaunt-oriented town, with a fast-growing art community, whose members are constantly looking for something new and fresh to entertain themselves with.
We hope, once we have achieved substantial success, to expand, perhaps tackling a new artist each time, the menu paying homage to ingredients and dishes typical to that of their homeland/era.
My associates and I all have a substantial amount of experience in the restaurant industry(both front and back of house) and are looking to use our experiences, creativity and business savy to offer a new dining experience for our community and hope that one of you will be able to assist us in that.
