We are an Asset Recovery company that purchase creditor's interest in debt based assets. These assets include Judgement's, Liens, Excess Proceeds, as well as Estate Funds. Majority all assets are already paid into an account that the creditor has no knowledge of. We purchase these debt based assets from anywhere between 3% to 25% of what can be collected. The amounts that can be collected vary from $500 to $1,000,000 per case. At the time the company is financially under leveraged for the amount of cases we have, and desperately need funding.
