Description:
Have been trying to find funding to open the only health club in my area that will have everything a big city gym has to offer.I have also been talking with power house gym and joining them in opening one of thier gyms in my area. I would share equal partnership in the company plus equal shares in the profit. I have a a building that i can lease that is 10,000 (URL removed). with a built in raquet ball court and plenty of parking places this will be located on the main hwy. and it will be located in the middle of a sports complex. This will be the biggest gym and the only competition is the local Y.M.C.A and we will offer a martial arts school with a certified instructor and a massage theropist on hand to help ease tighten muscles. It stands to make a great deal of money with in the first year.
