Description: I am an electronics engineer who has 1 issued patent and another due to issue in July 2006. These are both related to electron mobility. The main patent is for an electrometer, a non-contact voltmeter. It is applicable to dozens of situations where low voltage charges must be measured non-intrusively, and offers superior sensitivity at one-tenth the cost of existing types. Semiconductor companies use electrometers to control charges during manufacutring and assembly to reduce device failure, and exsisting designs are of inferior sensitivity at low voltages. This product would allow higher yields. The divisional patent for this electrometer is for a fishing meter, which allows anglers to read the voltage of earth's atmosphere locally. This is an important stimulus for fish feeding.
