In April of 2004 we started as a new D.B.A. Called Gems & Stems. We are now a full service custom jewelry AND Floral shoppe. We have adapted to change and now focus completly on new jewelry and fresh floral. We are not asking or looking for a bail out, we are looking for the opportunity to find the right investors with the commitment to guide us as this concept is getting ever closer to profitability again. We are very close to making it on our own without help,we just need the proper guidance/short term funds at key times of the year for the best possible balance of growth. Marketing is what we need funding the most for. Our need for an investor is solely for the purpose of continuing our growth in a controlled environment and in proper steps at the proper time to ensure stability without heavy debt.
