The company I look to pruchase was a booming truck stop and resturant. It is located on a main highway running West to East coast. It died off a number of years ago when the owner past and the children let it go. I plan to restore the old truck stop and resturant and get it back up and running. I have interviewed many truck drivers that still park in the old parking lot. I have ask them off there thoughts and how to make this successful one more time. So I have gone staight to the source for success. The closest truck stop/resturant to the west of us is about 80 miles. The one to the East is about 45 miles and in the Mountains. The Truck stop is located on I-40 and Rt 66
