Description:
Small advertising agency located in Fort Myers Florida, revenue 2006: $3,263,000; revenue 2007: $1,658,000. I have developed a unique way for lending institutions to sell foreclosed and short sale homes and need capital to roll it out nationally. A patent on the system is pending and I have several small investors willing to buy "franchises" for several marketing areas. My needs are mostly short term to cover operating expenses. All the development costs have been paid and we are ready to go, but business has been slow and several large accounts have recently gone bankrupt leaving me holding the bag.
