Description:
T&A Development, LLC is a growing land development company based in Baltimore, Maryland. Within the context of the proposed venture, the owners/founders bring an abundance of experience to bear on this specific project. Collectively, the team brings together a wealth of project management background, and niche experience within an internationally-recognized construction, environmental, and bulk fuels firm performing hundreds of millions of dollars in work per year for the U.S. government and commercial clients. This, as well as the personal ventures of said founders in the residential land development and building arenas, bring a large gathering of expertise to this project.
