Tool Rig LLC is a startup manufacturer of patented commercial pick up truck tool boxes with several Safety features targeted for the commercial pickup truck market. We have two granted US patents and an open CIP application. The tool box does not use any bed space and keeps employees from having to climb inside the bed to retrieve gear. The tool boxes are of military grade 1/8" aluminum riveted together. All panels and doors are replaceable. All research, development and engineering has been completed. The product is complete including packaging and ready for sale. The product launch date is July 24th 2020. We have a manufacturing warehouse setup and inventory in stock ready to ship. We own 100% of the company and currently have zero debt. We are seeking a company equity sharing partner to take the company to the next level. We need capital to fund additional engineering, marketing, facility and powder coating equipment.
