Good afternoon,
My name is Tom Pesco and I am 1/3rd owner of ATM Plumbing, we are an agressive upstart full service plumbing company. There are 3 of us, myself, Marin Kelly and Anthiny Wier. We are looking for some help financially. We have been awarded a contract for the new WalMart being built in Leavenworth, KS but need help finanicially. Being a small upstart company with a contract, we are finding that banks want us to use them, but by their terms only, and thats fine, but when we do what you ask, we even got bonded under the builder in Sioux City,IA so this would not be a porblem. Look if you are able to help we sure could use it. And by the way, this WalMart is slated to start on September 1, 2008. And we will et a small amount upfront and then checks each month, with a certain percent held out untill completetion date, and that will be when the store is turned over to WalMart for occupency.
