I am entering into property restoration/disaster relief and that means the jobs will come from all over the country, we will be called by clients who flip houses and complete the project from demolition to restoration as well as commercial buildings, residential homes, government buildings and one great aspect of it is the only employees that will be on our payroll are administrative workers, project managers, and foreman/supervisors all the actual work will be subcontracted to other smaller cheaper companies but will always be accompanied by one of our own employees to make sure the job is done to not only our standards but the insurance adjusters as well. I know this business well and have a team of 23 others with whom I've had a working relationship with who also know the business and have many connections through the right people, I will be investing $30,000.00 of my own money so if I could get the same amount from an investor we are ready to roll if someone feels they believe in this and wants to invest more then we will absolutely explode not just in the Phoenix area but nation wide, in fact we prefer jobs out of state as they produce more income for the company itself
