Our firm is currently raising two funds to support this work, and while we have historically done this almost exclusively through syndications (equity), we have recently begun utilizing debt and equity structures to operate this business.
Our firm's co-founder is Mr. Joe Williams (the co-founder of Keller Williams, one of the largest real estate technology firms in the world).
