we do all phases of new const to repair and maint to resid and commer coustomers our area has went down in the market and it is a depressed area and have to travel to work and it is not profittable i want to invest in the realestate buisness in our area because it is depressed now most rental units and house are obtainable for low investment i would like to pick them up repair and either sell in a better market or continue renting or lease purchase
