Tranquility Wines is looking for $75k in startup capital so that we can create our first Ultra Premium Pinot Noir from grapes sourced through Crushpad in San Francisco. Tranquility Wines can be worked from anywhere as Crushpad ((URL removed)) handles all the winemaking and sourcing of grapes. I will be at their facility every step of the way working with a great team to create my wine. The goal is to create a recognized "Cult" wine in the vein of Brian Loring's company (Loring Wine Company). Brian was the one who suggested I go through Crushpad Initial gross sales of $250k or Less is expected. I have excellent contacts in Santa Maria, including Riverbench Winery where I worked. The Sales Manager is a good friend of mind and has pledged her help in placing my wine for further success. I am also a part-time salesman for Orangewood Wine Distributors based Cave Creek, AZ. The owner has excellent contacts for placing Tranquility. Below, I have included some other important details about the funding that we need.
Tranquility Wines is primarily interested in these funding sources, but will consider all inquiries:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.)
Once fully funded, we intend to use this capital for these purposes:
-Partnering with Crushpad to make at least 50 cases of Pinot Noir sourced from top vineyards in Santa Barbara and Sonoma.
-Every 25 cases cost roughly $12,000 and there is a $5000 startup fee with Crushpad. The good part is they also have a sales team that allows me to sell wines through them - so no business start up fees are required other than preparing a website down the line. I have enough contacts to sell out of the initial 50 cases and prepare for the next harvest.
