Description:
Air Corporate Services (ACS) is a developmental stage company that is pursuing the rapidly growing aviation industry and plans to build and operate one or more full-service completion center(s) that can service domestic and international customers.
The Air Corporate Services organization has come together with one common goal. Our goal is to create an aircraft service center using state –of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge-technology and top of the line equipment; to providing superior service, high quality craftsmanship and outstanding service support to the customer. This will also create an environment in which our personnel have greater opportunities for their future with the company as we grow and expand our size, giving them a stronger out look and greater pride in the company.
This business plan has been developed to describe in detail the need to start a service center and support shops capable of total support services to all aircraft in the industry for a one-stop-shop facility. The results of the plan have revealed the need for seven key management positions and seven supervisor positions with a staff of fifty-four specialized company positions. There will be ten sections within the company to support the companies operations and aircraft services. We will give a detailed break down in the organization section of this plan.
Air Corporate Services will be a full-fledged completion center dedicated to providing superior service to all aircraft in the industry. The services to be offered to the customer, included maintenance, avionics, sheet metal, upholstery, cabinetry, finishing, paint, parts, engineering, storage and aircraft management. As a new service center, we will be the newest center in the region with state-of-the-art facilities to start with. We will be one of the largest completion centers in the area capable of supporting all aircraft in Chattanooga, Nashville, Birmingham, Atlanta and the southeast area. We chose the Chattanooga, Tennesse area for a number of reasons: including the existing airport capabilities, the planned upgrades, and the local support for new companies from the community and the opportunity for future growth of our new business.
ACS requires additional capital of approximately $4.35 million to be used to supplement approximately $12.6 million of financial commitments from local bank and government agencies.
