Description: 2GeeksinaLab has developed the next generation of content protection that eliminates piracy. We are seeking to become the de-facto worldwide standard in copy protection and protection of intellectual property. Our product (Global Garde™) was released into the market two months ago and can be used to protect physical media (CD, DVD, etc) as well as downloadable content via the Internet. Our closest competing product is Sony SecuROM. However, with the continued use of rootkits, inability to protect all file types, and the fact that every version released is cracked within days of release – only serves to highlight the potential of our product. We are currently marketing our product to replicator/duplicators, software companies, and financial institutions. We are speaking with Andy Setos of Fox Studios (with a signed LOI), Michael Zink from Technicolor (Technicolor was unable to crack our product and has been sent to France to their parent corporation – Thomson – piracy lab for additional analysis), Dave McCombe at EA, Ethan Applen & Chris Cooksen, & Darcy Antonellis at Warner Bros., Rod Banks at City National Bank (Los Angeles), and Bank of America. Losses due to piracy for software was $47 billion in 2007, over $9 billion in 2007 for the studios, and cost the U.S. economy $20.5 billion per year. We have a demo disc available upon request (with a signed NDA) that showcases our protection technology that can used to for evaluation. We have 2 patents pending & 3 additional patent submissions undergoing prior art review before submission. We are seeking an additional $500K in funding to support our marketing efforts. Subscription agreement available upon request. Investments are welcomed; $10K minimum.
