CCRES INC is engaged in all aspects of the real estate marketing in the western region, primarily in California, Arizona and Nevada. Over the last 3 years we morphed our operations under several different working models in the illusive task of finding the real solution to help distressed homeowners. Our proprietary programs the American do over is now fully operational and is partnered with the Plan B program that works for the homeowner selling out who needs a short sale but does not want the downside that goes with it. We have arrived at the point in time were we need to execute the negotiated note buys. We are seeking venture capital of for a 20 to 40 million warehouse line. This the limiting factor on our growth at the present time. These funds an used for the purchase of the note and are cycled back to the line normally in 30 days of less.
The yield on the investment of capital is estimated to be approximately 15% APR Our inability to find a lender in our conventional arena I have a very successful track record in niche market products and was the founder of a very large national franchise chain of 600 plus stores in 46 states and Canada.
