We have been investing in real estate for a little over three years. We started with the focus of single family homes. We then expanded to multi-unit properties with 2-4 units. We had a buy and hold strategy. That process became harder and harder to apply so we went into buying and selling properties. We found great success at it, but we wanted to build a long lasting investment company. Since January we have been quickly expanding and we now have over 35 websites that bring us renters and tenant buyer that is 200+ quality pre-screened leads a month, we are buying mobile home parks, apartment complex's, self storage facilities, as many single family homes as we can, and low debt high income small businesses like cleaning companies and mailbox store's in the center of cities.
We now have a team setup through the country of experiences investor's, attorney's, bird dogs, real estate agents, closing companies, marketing experts, internet experts, programming experts, and small business owners.
We strive to ensure that every investment is a low debt to income, provides cash flow day one, and we never put all of our money in one place. We specialize in helping people that have their largest asset in their retirement and we show them ways to leverage that money into large investments and grow their money tax free!!
