In the North End of Boston, there's one thing lacking, a cool, hip sushi bar. There a location available that is ideal for this. Also possibility for a sake lounge downstairs. The concept would be traditional Japanese sushi with an Italian twist. For instance you would have one menu with high quality sushi and another with the twist. Like sushi wrapped in prosciutto, sushi over risotto(italian rice), ect. It would be the Pazzo menu (crazy). Sake' bombs with Peroni on draft.
