Objectives Bronson Rock seeks loans totaling $1,500,000 to: fund and operate all start up costs as they relate to launching our bar and grill concept which includes the following: the purchase of fixtures, furniture and decor enhancements to convert our selected location to our unique look and feel; upgrades and enhancements to the exterior of the establishment; operating expenses for the first 120-days; marketing and advertising expenses for the first 120-days, as well as all licensing, permits and training. This sum, together with an additional $50,000 investment made by the Founding Members, will finance the start-up and launch phase through the first 121 day of operations, ultimately allowing the bar to attract and maintain a higher level of profitability and growth than if the funding were not available. Mission Bronson Rock will strive to be the premier theme restaurant in Pinellas County. Our goal is to be a step ahead of the competition. We will provide more televisions with more live entertainment events than anywhere else in North Florida. We will provide state-of-the-art audio and visual entertainment for our guests.
