My company will serve the best possible quality of chili to the Anderson Area. The building I am looking at is situated on Clemson Blvd, has 3500 square feet of property, will seat appox. 80 individuals with a parking area for 44 vehicles and is marketed privately at $825k. I have spoken with the current owner and gathered as much info as possible. The equipment from the previous restaurant has been removed and so I would need to purchase what equipment I would need, that being a walkin cooler, a pizza oven for toasting purposes and for warmup of certain dishes and 10 slowcookers, as this will be the preparation method for the chili. For operation costs, including water, electricity and basic day to day supplies, I would need additional funding.
